Refund policy

We currently accept returns within 30 days after receiving your order. Your order must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains/odors, and with the tags still attached. You are responsible for shipping return costs, however, if an item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost. 


*Non-Returnable items: All FINAL SALE items from the clearance category, jewelry, and hats are non-returnable.

If you need to return an item, contact honeylou.mn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will send you instructions if the return is accepted.
